"At Baby Box Shop we offer an array of distinctive gifts to help friends and family celebrate this momentous occasion.  Our team of talented professionals are dedicated to designing premium boutique gift sets that give pleasure to both the new arrival and the proud parents.

We have created an original range of beautiful baby gifts from luxurious centrepiece baskets and hampers right through to our soft toy accessories.  Only the best quality materials are selected for items we manufacture and when sourcing products we have exclusive relationships with established reputable brands.  We are continually innovating new and unique gift ideas with the aim of providing high-quality gifts at value-for-money prices that suit a range of budgets."

When did you start working with Stocks?

"Back in 2021, we decided to add a personalised arm to our rapidly growing baby gift business. Since then we haven't looked back and now offer our customers the option to personalise practically any of our gift hampers. We also provide a bespoke service too if a customer wants to make the gift even more unique."

What is the latest piece of equipment you have purchased from Stocks?

"We originally bought our Brother PR670e Embroidery Machine and have since purchased software and additional hoops. We continue to purchase our essentials such as threads, needles backing etc"

Why did you choose this equipment? What do you think are its main advantages?

"After a number of months researching different options we felt that the PR670e would suit our needs the most. It's a great size and is super easy to work on - this was essential for us as a team as we were complete novices to begin with. As it is such a popular machine, there are also lots of videos on YouTube that we have been able to follow in terms of maintenance and problem-solving"

What type of work is it used for?

"We use it every day to create personalised versions of our baby gift hampers"

Is there anything you’d like to see in an upgrade or don’t particularly like about it?

"The only criticism we have is the noise when it is sewing but maybe this is because we have it on a worktop rather than a stand - although we do have rubber matting under it to try and reduce the noise level"

Why did you choose to purchase your equipment from Stocks?

"We liaised with Jenny and found her advice extremely helpful. It also helped us that they were readily available and we didn't have to wait long for it to arrive once we had made the purchase"
