Tell us a bit about your business

"Imprints, which was set up over 25 years ago, provides a garment printing and embroidery service to businesses, organisations, clubs and teams across the South West. Purchased by Justin and Lisa Palmer in 2022, Imprints has gone from strength to strength due to an expansion of products, services and reach.  Significantly improved turnaround times on embroidery have been achieved by bringing this in-house, which in turn has led to increased customer satisfaction and word of mouth."

When did you start working with Stocks?

"Stocks were suggested to us as we were considering bringing small-volume embroidery jobs in-house and we first met them in February 2023 at a show at the NEC.  We were able to see the machines in action and chat with the team, who were very friendly and helpful."

"Very easy to use and maintain.  Most importantly the quality is great!"

What type of work is it used for?

"A wide range - beanies & hats; workwear and team kit and lots more."

Does your latest machine work in combination with your other machines?

"We have a good blend of machines that now allow us to be very flexible with workflow. Small jobs and larger volume orders can be delivered alongside each other."
