"2016"

What is the latest piece of equipment you have purchased from Stocks?

"6 head ZSK embroidery machine"

Why did you choose this equipment? What do you think are its main advantages?

"Since the first single-head ZSK machine we purchased, we have been very happy with the quality of the ZSK machines, so whenever we purchase embroidery machines we will always use ZSK. All our embroidery machines are now ZSK so once an employee is trained on one machine they can use them all. Easy to maintain. Very reliable."

Is there anything you’d like to see in an upgrade or don’t particularly like about it?

"The control unit on our single-head sprint is raised higher and can be moved so it is flush with the machine. Our multi-head machines the control unit is not moveable and sticks out, if this was mounted in a different position it would be great. The control units are also very chunky and could do with being slimmer (if possible)."

What type of work is it used for?

"Bulk embroidery onto workwear. Also for embroidery onto caps, bags, horse blankets and outerwear."

Does your latest machine work in combination with your other machines?

"Yes."

"Customer service. Quality of Paul the engineer."
