We have 2 positions available

• Sewing Technician Minimum Experience 5 Years+
• Apprentice / Junior Sewing Technician   

The successful candidate will form part of a small team of engineers but will also be required to work on their own out in the field. Your main role will be to cover all aspects of machine repair, machine assembly and machinery installation. You will be required to travel the whole of the UK and Ireland, you will also be required to attend training courses in Europe.

You will be responsible for:
- Machine assembly, installation, service and repair of sewing machinery
- Diagnosis of faults
- Answering technical queries from customers via phone & email
- Assisting colleagues with technical support
- Site visits for installation, service and repair
- Completing the work to a high standard
- Providing a high level of customer service

- Experience within the industry is essential

Hours of work
Monday - Thursday - 8.30am - 5pm
Friday - 8.30am - 4pm
