The CNC controlled automatic lockstitch bartacker 512 with step motor technology is the ideal solution for bartacking operations in light to medium weight fabric. The step motor-controlled clamp lift ensures shorter cycle times and thus increased efficiency. Furthermore, the easy operation and the simple adaptation of the bartack Patterns to individual requirements allow flexible and fast sewing.

512-212 – With contraction clamp for buttonhole bartacks: 

The lockstitch bartacker 512-212 comes with a contraction clamp for bartacks of buttonholes. When lowering the clamp the clamp arms push the buttonhole lips together. Like this, the buttonhole is perfectly closed after bartacking.
