Our skilled technicians are available to assist remotely via phone or video calls, in our fully equipped workshop, or directly at your location.

We offer on-site repairs with travel time charged at an hourly rate, based on a round trip from our Leeds Head Office.

Please note: Warranty-related repairs are free for both travel and on-site time. Warranty issues will be confirmed by the technician on-site, and operator error is not covered under warranty.

Travelling Charges

£65 + VAT

The price above is charged per hour travelling from either our Leeds Head Office or Newport Unit (whichever is closest) to the post code of the premises we are visiting. Estimations are calculated using Google Maps and may not be 100% accurate.

On-Site Charges

£85 + VAT

The price above is charged per hour on-site, either at customer premises or within our own wareshop for internal service & repair.

Repairs and Services at Stocks Sewing Machines Ltd

Repairs, both on-site at customer premises and at our head office in Leeds, West Yorkshire, are charged at £85 + VAT per hour.

During peak times, we prioritize service and repair calls for customers who have purchased commercial and industrial embroidery machines directly from Stocks Sewing Machines Ltd. This ensures that our customers consistently receive the high level of support and service they expect from us. We also prioritize based on the severity of the issue, meaning customers with a machine fault that renders the machine non-operational will take precedence over general service or light repairs on machines that are still functioning.

Replacement Parts

We stock a wide variety of genuine and compatible high mortality parts for a variety of industrial sewing machines. If we don’t have the part you need in stock, we work with our trusted European partners to supply it as quickly as possible, minimizing your downtime.

Qualifications

Our engineers are fully qualified and are trained directly by Brother and ZSK Stickmaschinen GmbH.
